Game Change Ventures has one simple goal: Find extraordinary entrepreneurs with game-changing ideas and give them access to the people and resources needed to turn those ideas into successful enterprises. Unlike a traditional venture firm, we do not manage our own venture capital fund and do not make direct cash investments. Instead, we serve as a critical strategic partner to the CEOs we work with, providing them with ongoing business support as an extension of their founding team and access to our Rolodex of high-level business contacts and advisors.

Depending on what stage your company is at and what your needs are, our services will vary. We have the ability to bring to the table a variety of resources to fuel your venture, including:

- Product design & development: For ventures in the Internet/social media space, we'll work with your engineers and designers to help you create site features and functionality that drive user adoption and revenue growth.
- Social Media Marketing Strategy & Execution: Our team can help define and implement strategies to leverage the social web to promote your startup and establish brand credibility.
- Business development: We leverage our own Rolodex and the Rolodex of our advisors to get your company in the door with the highest-level of contacts and can assist in strategic partnership negotiations.
- High-level board of advisors: We get your startup access to top entrepreneurial advisors with the experience and contacts relevant to your industry.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Our primary focus is on ventures that bring remarkably novel products and services to the global marketplace in areas of social media, consumer Internet and alternative energy. We typically work with pre-launch, recently launched and early-stage startups who are looking to beef up their team with experienced entrepreneurs and advisors, as well as funded startups who need additional expertise.
We’re looking for the best and the brightest from around the country and do not have a bias on geographic location, although we tend to do the most business in Arizona, California and Texas.
